Sandy Lane Beach:

Celebrities aside, Sandy Lane Beach boasts crystal clear waters, perfect for swimming and snorkelling alike. It’s also less 10 minutes walk from the town of St James, which is were all of our boutique villas are located, so our guide wouldn’t be complete without this must-see!

Paynes Bay:
This stunning beach is renowned for azure waters, gentle waves, and soft white sand. A firm favourite with tourists and locals alike, this beach brings all the island vibes you could ever wish for.
A picture-perfect location, with shady palm trees fringe to escape the hot Caribbean sun when needed. You can spot a vast variety of fish just off the shore, which is perfect for both expert and beginner snorkelers.
TOP TIP: If you’re planning to walk/swim along the coastline towards Holetown or other popular spots, we advise bringing your rock shoes. Certain areas of Paynes Bay can get a little rocky, so watch your step!

Mullins Bay Beach:
Mullins Bay offers beautiful blue waters, and pristine sand. Loungers are available to provide some welcome shade and maximise your relaxation. Those with an adventurous streak can enjoy the water-sports on offer – including paddle boarding, jet skiing, water skiing.
We must of course mention that the fabulous Sea Shed Barbados is located on Mullins Bay, and is the perfect spot for lunching or evening dining whilst the sun sets.

Holetown Beach:
A busier location, but beautiful none-the-less!
Holetown Beach consists of eight miles of golden sand that makes up the Gold Coast of Barbados. With tame waters, and fabulously safe paddling conditions, Holetown Beach is a firm family favourite.
There’s plenty of facilities along the coastline, including restaurants, bars, shopping, and more – Holetown Beach makes for the perfect family day out.
