Bedrooms:
The master suite benefits from a private balcony, with beautiful sea views, as well as an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three both have a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Living area:
The villa is spread out across three levels, and offers a private rooftop terrace. Guests can relax in the tastefully decorated sitting room, and entertain in the formal dining area. There is also another dining area on the terrace, with views across the central pool.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped, and includes a fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, blender, and electric kettle.
Pool/terrace area:
The outdoor space includes a private plunge/dipping pool, as well as access to the large central pool shared between villas. There is also a shady terrace area, complete with a a lower level patio, BBQ, alfresco dining table and sun beds.

“We have rented several units here, Hibiscus, Nutmeg, Ocean View, Eden on the Sea. All have excellent staff, the accommodation is great, and the actual living space is perfect for teenagers and adults alike. The pool and grounds are well looked after. Merlin Bay outside the “trendy” area of Holetown, yet succeeds in being just the right mix of privacy and convenience, without any hassle. You cannot go wrong with these villas! It has been 6 years of booking and 6 years of happy memories!“
